Maugre His diurnal seraphic deviltry
I say that deviltry 'tis forsooth deviltry

Mind not this in scintillating shades clad is
To claim the glore is He suffer'd

Grant me the fatlings, qouth He, the fatter the better!
And died they of starvation, they are not slaughtering their fatlings
They are slaughtering 'hemselves

Sith I at time of yester the questions durst ask
And dare I say this burthen weightful was
Wrack of His machine-like motion was I naméd
Tho' blind and fond the jesters rebuilt
The machine alike, yet whettéd and dight are its edges

Se do poder dos sábios possui, eu não sei
Embora sua idade remontasse o nascer de mil estrelas
Que por razões óbvias atesto
Possuía a majestade de uma enormidade de servos

E em visível consonância ainda mais servos apropriou-se

Seu ignóbil tesouro eles são, me atrevo a dizer!

Que no brilho diurno mal sustenta sua diabrura seráfica
E atesto tal diabrura, tal irrevogável diabrura

E não Lhe incomoda que tais luzidias sombras o revistam
Pois muito sofreu para conquistar tal glória

"Apropriem-me deste rebanho", tal o bárbaro, "quanto mais gordo melhor!",
De sua fome morreram, que deste rebanho não mataram
A si mesmos estão a matar!

Há muito, questões que não me atrevo perguntar,
Mas ouso expressar quão oneroso este fardo fora
Em Sua ruína de movimentos mecanizados, foi como o chamei
