In the darkness, fear the light.
From her window she looks in fright.
Silver stallion with eyes of fire.
Comes to take her to lands of higher.

To a mountain far away.
Where she'd always have to stay.
For she is the chosen bride.
From The Reaper she can't hide.

To the castle the stallion lies.
In the dungeon she sits and cries.
Why must she be the chosen one.
Bells are ringing the time has come.

As they lay her to the stone.
She cries out, I'm not alone.
From the valleys of the king.
Who told her once to set me free. (By god help me!)

As the evil rite begins.
Wayward warriors of the sword.
Blood has come out in the air.
No one saw her disappear.

As the battle takes it toll.
The silver stallion hears their call.
From the mountain far away.
She will always have to stay.
